Stuart Skinner gets beat straight up all the time. It's his speciality. To get beat by clean shots which he can see.

Is it unfair to say I shouldn't have to answer for something until the result is finalized? I am sure if the Panthers lose 2 elimination games in a row, the tune of the thread will be a lot different.

Let's be honest, up until this point the Panthers beat a Lightning team who is even worse than the one the Leafs managed to eliminate last season and a Bruins team that was so terrible it took game 7 OT to eliminate the Leafs missing half their core the entire series.

As of now, I am more surprised by the Rangers lack of killer instinct than any other result.

Leafs wouldn’t have made it past any of the goalies we’ve faced.

You have 18 skaters playing and we have like 7 I want anywhere near the ice.

Funniest post of the day was seeing Rangers fan cry how Florida is getting all the bounces in this series..

Like what games are they watching?

When you dominate multiple games the way Florida has shots will go in & only Shests lights out play has kept this series close

It's odd that the biggest anti-Panther posters on here are either Oiler fans or Leaf fans.

Not even Ranger fans. They're 3rd, IMHO

Seems kinda odd to me. Anyone know why? Did something happen in the past that I missed?

Yeah this is far from over.

Regardless of the large gap in shots on net and ozone time, every single game has been won by 1 goal except the first one, and even that was fairly close with the chances rangers had that game.

All it takes is for some bounces to go the other way, since that's basically how half these games have been won. If the Rangers start to match the Panthers chances and offensive zone pressure, or at least close the gap, they can take this series.

That said, im fairly confident in my Panthers for now.
 
Why have the Cats been favored in every game on the moneyline ?
Why does every hockey pundit say from top to bottom Florida has the most talent ?
Why are the Panthers built for the playoffs ?
And why just as we knew the Cats would win game 5 do we now know they will win game 6.

It’s why the Florida Panthers are a team that everyone will model going forward..Its why Zito is a genious etc etc etc.

It's kind of reminding me a lot of the series with the B's tbh. Just replace 'turk with Swayman and it's pretty much the same feeling. Shit for offense but a hot goalie to compensate. Rangers really needed to take that game last night to have any chance. They're cooked

Yep. If they win the Cup (which I hope they do if they get past the rangers) every team will model them for the next 12 months until the next cup winner.

The Panthers have had some luckier bounces on their goals. That’s what happens when you have 100 shot attempts to 45 and tons of zone time. Some of the cross ice passes are going to hit a defenders skate and go in. Other than the Laf own goal every goal came from pressure.
