Price playing at "75%" only means a greater chance of injuring his knee further, especially being a butterfly goaltender.
Not only that, but when you know you're not 100% and it being his knee, that is enough to throw off your mental focus in playing the way you normally would if you were not injured.
Its less physical, and more mental. Rangers need to exploit that tonight, if he plays.
A sore Price is probably still better for the Habs than Budaj... who is a mediocre goaltender at the best of times.

If Price is in the Rangers have to give him the old Emery treatment and go for those quick one timer's to his opposite side.
Not only that, but they need to be in his face (legally) all night. On top of the crease. Bashing at rebounds. The Habs aren't going to take that, and we can draw penalties if we do it the right way.
I think Budaj gets the nod, though...
