I can't believe that some of you are still dissecting the flaws of this team. I don't think that at any point of our season any of us thought we would be in the ECF. Win or lose this series you have to realize that there are only four teams remaining and we are one of them. Obviously winning the cup is the ultimate goal, but I'll take our current team any day of the week with its depth. How many teams with major superstars or two stacked lines are now watching from the clubhouse of their respective golf courses?! Chill out and embrace what our boys are currently offering us! Hockey in mid May, who would have thunk?! Cheers.

This.

Enjoy this moment folks, let it sink in.

I hope Price plays, but if he doesn't, I hope Kreider runs Budaj (no injury) and then scores a hat trick. Troll the **** out of them.

I hope not! The league doesnt need more fuel to this ******** reputation Kreider is starting to have.

And no, the Garden is not even remotely as loud. The Garden has become quieter then some plays I've been too, outside of a few games.

Was pretty loud during SHM :naughty:

Bruins fan coming in peace to thank you for handing the Habs their ***** in Game 1 and requesting that you do it throughout the series.

Go Rangers!!!!! :handclap::yo:

It's only a couple but why are some Bruins fans such sore loser calling the team that beat them and the Rangers "bad teams"? Some of you guys let the hype of the Bruins being the only good team in the east get to your head and couldn't adjust your perception despite changing circumstances. But otherwise, thanks.

If you're a hockey fan, it's important to experience it one time in your life. It's something that is just incredibly special. It's why I like the Habs generally. Sure their media goes overboard, but are we really going to complain about that being from NYC? Arguably the worst media in the world. The only reason it's not bad for hockey is because no one really cares.

Regardless, the Garden these days is a joke. Tickets are so expensive that you get a bunch of losers going to the game. I've seen guys watching NBA playoffs while at the Rangers playoffs this year. It's pathetic.

It's funny cause the media/news in NY could careless about hockey. Hot stove baseball or football mini camp will always be more important then playoff hockey.

“@DarrenDreger: Party starts early in Montreal. Rangers fans drinking beers on the street while locals opt for a more organic buzz. #wackytobaccy”

Haha…

A win here would be enormous.

First goal is big, as always.

Gotta think Montreal is going to come out furious after getting embarrassed. I'm sure they made plenty of adjustments to content with the Rangers speed game, though I'm eager to see if they can actually execute that plan.

For the Rangers, they just need to continue to go about their business, as they have all postseason.
Don't engage with the **** after the whistles. If the Canadiens feel compelled to come after Lundqvist, do your best to stop them but dont take the bait. The refs will call it on both sides of the rink in response to Game 1.

Stay out of the box and keep that forecheck going. Subban looked like hes was trying to do too much so i expect a simpler, straight ahead game from him for the first half of the game. Gotta take him out of the play physically when given the chance. Kreider needs to continue to blow past defenders, and Hagelin needs to get into the mix there too. If the Canadiens start to cheat by taking a step back it will open up the neutral zone. Hold onto pucks and make plays across the line. On dump ins, keep it away from Price (im sure hell play) especially in the second with the long change and on the PK.

I could see an OT game tonight that could go either way. The Bell Center will be rocking tonight, i thought the afternoon game favored the Rangers on Saturday. The fans will come ready and it will be a very tough W to get tonight. Stay the course. Dont break away from the game plan. Its a series.

I meant arguably the worst media in the world overall, not for hockey.

We don't come remotely close to the microscope that is Montreal or Toronto.

Yeah pretty much and on one hand we have our own fans in every GDT reporting how dead the Garden has been, yet if a player from the Rangers compliments another (louder and more hockey crazy by far) building it is heresy.

One of the loudest buildings in all of sports. Maybe only behind Century Link. However, when the Rangers went up 5-1 it was the quietest building in all of sports.

I am also thinking Montreal could be tired/banged up from the Boston seriers. Tonight will tell, they might have empted the gas tank in that series.

No Carey Price on the ice for the morning skate. Price skipped the morning skate at the end of the Boston series. No indication if Price is in or not.

Exactly just like Crosby and all these other players get labeled early in their career even if its not there MO that is something that will stick with him and around the NHL for some time.... not something that I want to see happen to young Krieder

Well Kreider gets a lot of breakway's by blowing past defensemen. This is going to happen a lot more in his career. NHL defensemen aren't going to give him a free pass. Actually, maybe they should. lol

My wife and I went to a game in Montreal last season and it was an eye opening experience. I've been to games in MSG that were loud and the building was full of energy, but that was something else. We lost 3-0 but still had a good time. Beautiful city. But I'll be ok if it sounds like a library in there tonight.

Let's Go Rangers!!!!

If Price plays...
SWEEP THE LEG!

I'm worried Prust is gonna go after Kreider's former "upper body injury".

Just received a text message minutes ago it read: Price underwent tests this morning, he's about 75% & wants 2play. Looks like he'll start.

This tweet doesn't really make sense.

Also, who the hell is Dustin Tokarski?
