Suter's cross-check to Kaprizov was nasty. Another thing that should be looked at, even more suspension worthy than Dumba's hit.Suter is almost 40. I doubt he'll be fighting enforcers when he's never done it before.
Which one?Suter's cross-check to Kaprizov was nasty. Another thing that should be looked at, even more suspension worthy than Dumba's hit.
Exactly.Dumbass is hiding behind a tough team.
The hit wasn't as bad as the result but there's little reason to laugh about it.
Idk remember exactly. But it was a nasty cross check right to the ribs, Kaprizov was on the bench for a bit with his head down.Which one?
Ah, the one in front of the Dallas net. There was another one at the Dallas' blue line that was pretty bad.Idk remember exactly. But it was a nasty cross check right to the ribs, Kaprizov was on the bench for a bit with his head down.
You should have told that to Scott Stevens.Doesn't matter if someone told you the funniest joke you've ever heard, you don't go laughing around while someone you just hit is crippled on the ice, clean or not.
It's strange how Refs just allow players to try and break another players ribs.Ah, the one in front of the Dallas net. There was another one at the Dallas' blue line that was pretty bad.
If a 5 is called on the ice then they have to give him a minor at a minimum for the incident, unless the rule has been changed yet again. Again, it's ironic that the rule was created in the first place because of the 2019 Pavelski hit.He didn’t. The roughing penalty was after domi jumped him
The fact you bring that up says I'm right. You should have told that to Scott Stevens.
Too many slow-motion armchair GM's around.
Correct, but that doesn't necessarily make it a late hit. There are MANY hits each game that occur after the puck has left the player. You could maybe say this if he had started towards Pavelski before the puck was gone. The puck was easily gone before Dumba started towards Pavelski.

That makes WAY more senseHe didn’t. The roughing penalty was after domi jumped him
I like a physical brand of hockey and like (Non-staged) fighting but I really disliked seeing Pavelski hit like that and it was worse to see him struggling to get up.
Maybe I am getting older or something.
Maybe if I saw it frame by frame and it was truly just from his head hitting the ice causing all the damage it might sit better but damn.
I don't see how that would be possible. He has a history of concussions and could barely stand up after that.First real playoff moment of the year, nice to get it started
Hope it looked worse than it was and Joe is good to go next game.
Impressed that the NHL actually decreased from 5 to 2 though
