Doubt that the Yotes have the cap for Vatanen, They're pretty tight up against the cap right now.

Matt Read + 2nd round pick in 2017 to Coyotes. Duclair to Philly.
Coyotes need defensively responsible veteran forwards to insulate their young prospect. The draft pick should be top 45-50 and will give Chayka an asset they can use to try and land another solid prospect or move up back into the 1st round.

No it wouldn't . A proven PM RHD is worth more then a unproven player . As for Duclair issues there is no proof of it , but we are also not in the dressing rooms so we don't know . If he is traded again I would say it is starting t look like he is a problem . Also I would not put too much stock into NK as a source . He hit and miss at best .

No need for Vatanen with DeAngelo's emergence.
Dave Tippett doesn't allow them to play together. He's very biased against Duclair but not Domi for some reason, even though they are similar players in terms of puck security and two way play.

I think Schenn for Duclair + is more realistic. Throw in Pronger to match up the cap hits.
Coyotes move Schenn to center where he wants to play.

We're not adding to Vats for Duclair. Why you do continue to make terrible deals on our behalf? Stick with Ottawa deals.

I think the Coyotes traded for Alex Goligoski and signed him to a 5-year no movement clause SEVENTEEN GAMES AGO.
I think Charlie Lindgren is just a guy.
I think Nathan Beaulieu is a nice young defenseman.
I think Arturi Lekkonen is just a guy.
I think it's funny that you labeled Desharnais a cap dump. He's been a throw-in in almost every MTL trade thread the last 3 years, and specifically labeling Desharnais a cap dump implies that Lindgren and Lekkonen aren't just cap/contract/warm body dumps.
I think the Coyotes are downgrading Duclair to Lekonen and downgrading Goligoski to Beaulieu and are taking on Desharnais ... all to add a goalie prospect we don't need.
I think this was a really terrible proposal.

Vatanen for Duclair makes crazy sense for the Ducks. Less salary, younger, can play LW which we need so so bad.
You can argue Vats is overpayment, but not enough to matter. Even if Duclair is a cheap, young, 15 goal guy on LW with some upside... we just have too many dmen.
Vats + Stoner for Duclair?
Yeah unfortunately Arizona doesn't have the cap to afford both Vatanen and Stoner, And with the emergence of DeAngelo's pretty sure that Vatanen would be a no go.

Fine..AZ needs Centers right now correct?
C Nick Cousins, LHD Robert Hagg, and 3rd round pick
Cousins has a respectable 1.59 P/60 at 5v5 in his first 62 NHL games with, compared 0.92 P/60 for Duclair (albeit against better competition)
Hagg is a LHD prospect with #4 potential
3rd round pick should be top a 75-80 pick (which is right where Duclair was drafted
)
Duclair is having a rough start, but there is no way AZ would trade Duke for most of the garbage shared in the previous 5 pages. Only value close would be Vatanen/Barrie...but AZ has a similar profile player in Deangelo in his first year of his ELC, so no thank you to those offers, too.

I would not mind that Anthony would play in Minnesota, but he will need a new contract, while Minnesota's money under the cap no. Only if no exchange Pominville.

Arizona is a budget team, building toward the future. Why on earth would they trade Duclair for Ryan?
Almost like they should be looking to acquire more Duclairs, not trade them away.
