You have had a great team for years with solid goaltending. Unfortunately, it just didn’t seem they could get the players to bond. It’s funny how they lost. PLD, Wheeler, and Conner (injury) and the team gets better.

It also doesn’t hurt to have a Vezina caliber goalie shore things up

Dubois (even in this short showing) has become my most hated king of all time. His play on the ice is an insult to all kings fans. He has physical attributes like an Eric Daze but somehow plays with less intent and passion than even Daze did which is unreal.

I am sure people will defend him and make more excuses but send him down to the Monarchs imo. If this is a systems issue let him sit and watch cause the line mates he has are not the problem, he is the problem on the line

When fans from Columbus, Winnipeg and LA all say the same thing; that is to say that Dubois is lazy, nonchalant and that he only plays well when he wants to, the conclusion is clear...And these fans would like to love him but it becomes impossible because of his attitude. Lucky that the Canadian hasn't decided to trade their best prospects for him...

Dubois is now a -7 and very clearly the biggest defensive liability on the team. I think they need to inject this guy with something pregame.

How many more games does he need to feel comfortable in the system? Do those also count the games he floats in? I want to make sure I got my math right.

He struggled, 20 points in 41 games, after he was traded to Winnipeg...so at least that many. If a guy takes that long to adapt, maybe he isn't good. A coaching change will probably reset the clock. Rob Blake I curse you.

I think it would be poetic to send him back to CBJ for Laine.. similar salary so the cap works, but they'd have to eat 4 more years. Prob need to send some other things for them to eat all that.

Did Blake even make this deal? Smells awfully like some guys in the org with poutine on the their fingers.. Luc, Bergovin via their buddy Brisson Lucs former agent, Kopi, PLD current agent. I mean did anyone even vet this guy? On the upside, this could get all of them fired.

Why on earth did LA hire DumpsterDiver? Did no one in LA look at his record in Montreal?

You can bet everything you own that DumsterDiver had a hand in trading for Dubois.
