@David Lunch Is that Michal Handzuš in your avatar blended with the Eraserhead guy?
No I didn't.
The team was worse after the Richards trade.
So you mentioned the team being worse after the trade, and pointed out where the team "factually" got better, but you aren't saying Richards made the team worse. The Kings were a worse team after the Richards trade. It's not a "take". It's just a fact.
The turn around didn't happen until Sutter and Carter got here.
Sutter is probably main reason IMO.
Only after Blake is goneEnd of an error
Saying I'm blaming Richards for the team being worse makes it sounds like I'm implying something personal, or that I'm saying he was playing poorly. So you mentioned the team being worse after the trade, and pointed out where the team "factually" got better, but you aren't saying Richards made the team worse.
Okay.
I don't think there's anything to discuss then.
As an outsider looking in....this thread should be burned, then buried, then salted, then a string of garlic strung over it.
Congrats guys...
BTW...I'll still hang around to see what happens with Kaliyev.
Yes! Handzus always had this thousand yard stare in his team photos, and I just couldn’t help myself@David Lunch Is that Michal Handzuš in your avatar blended with the Eraserhead guy?

First we must remove the head bone and drive a stake through the chest. As an outsider looking in....this thread should be burned, then buried, then salted, then a string of garlic strung over it.

i don't see any reason to buy him out, you ride with him next season to see if he can put it back together, he can be LTIRetiredHmm, this just went from a horror-show of a buyout into a semi-reasonable one for LA. And I even got the numbers from the "Caps website"

for sure, it's like making PLD disappear for his 1/3 buyout but much fasterI'm not saying we just buy him out. I'm just saying 4 years (after next year) is way better than say...14 year buyout for way more money.
