Not Really. Keep RNH and have Centre depth for once. Draisaitl and McDavid will only have 1year under their belts, and if one of them ever went down then you would have Letestu in the 2 hole.

1) hype up Dubois and Tkachuk and say that they have the potential to be even better than Matthews,
2) say that Matthews is looking more and more like a bust, or
3) judging by Matthew's reaction, he's unhappy he won't be drafted by Toronto and will likely refuse to sign with the Oilers and demand to be traded to the Leafs.

Yup! That said, Matthews is like Hall to me. You only trade that asset if its part of a deal for a legit #1 dman. If we can't get that, you do what you can with Nuge/Eberle/Yak to bring in Hamonic/Vatanen types.

Yah he's saying trade McDavid...You're just being a smart ***, His logic isn't flawed at all. If Drai can bring in a top defender and Nuge can only bring in a #3 then maybe Drai should be traded if the deal is right. Drai looked good for 30 or whatever games and then completely disappeared, it's risky but his value could be at its highest right now. I would rather trade Nuge but if someone calls up and says "I'll trade you OEL (just an example) for Drai, yak and a 2nd (yes OEL would cost more) but I have no interest in Nuge" then you really think about it.

But anyways this isn't the trade thread so let the draft talk continue.

For those who don't know him, Falkovsky would be a very interesting pick in the 4th round. Rather draft him there than Stanley in the 2nd.

That is what I would do as well. Size wins in the West and RNH and Ebs don't have it. Get rid of them and there is 12 mil.

If u wanna get a laugh, go into a New York Rangers blog. I asked a question in what they are gonna do with Nash and are they going for Stamkos and they kicked me out and reported me. They said they don't follow the Oilers plan. Well they will be because I strongly feel that the Rangers will go thru a very rough patch the next few years and their cupboards are empty
