2020 - lost to Columbus
2021 - lost to Montreal after blowing a 3-1 series lead
2022 - lost to Tampa after blowing a 3-2 series lead

I don't hate him, but he's been far from awesome in the postseason. He's done nothing but lose

I feel much the same. I don't hate him simply because he's done a tremendous job for the regular season, but my patience has come to an end for the PO's. I'm not going to go the route of "they win despite him", but I think if he can't at least show something these PO's (like win a couple of rounds), then it's probably time to try a different approach.

Say what you will, but game 5,6 and 7 the trio of Matthews, Marner and Hyman scored 1 goal.

Lots of blame to go around, but ultimately, that was the biggest factor in our demise, IMO.

At the risk of reacting emotionally after tonight's loss - No I don't.

High pressure regular season games indicates no. Historic playoff performance indicates no. The constant line juggling game to game, shift to shift, especially a mere 5 games before the playoffs doesn't inspire much confidence. The latter suggests he has no idea how to use the tools Dubas has provided him.

Quenneville did exactly the same thing when hawks won their 3 cup... so Quenneville had no idea was he was making because he was constantly juggling with his lines?

I think it's fair to be skeptical about Keefe until he actually proves he can lead a team to win a round.

That said, he also had the team match toe to toe against Tampa last year for what was probably the best Leafs playoff output since 2017 and coaching wasn't the reason the team lost

I'm approaching this playoff series as fairly neutral towards him. And hope he's been able to learn from past mistakes

I don’t like Keefe for reasons already stated, but commenting on his diet and such is going low.

The man has a family.

Let’s keep the discussion above the line here.
Pretty much. Lets focus on hockey. Keefe hasn't shown he's a bad person so we don't need to go down that path.
Focusing on hockey, no I don't but he can change that

Thought that was the officials and bad luck
No, that's just the argument you use to ignore what actually happens and impacts the outcomes you use to arbitrarily blame whatever unsupported thing you want, like Keefe.

It's a fair question. Until he leads his team to some playoff success I can't see how anyone can be confident that he will.

However, just because they haven't had playoff success with him yet doesn't mean they won't.

I think he has done a very good job every year he has been here, they have also been years where he has grown and learned.

I like this season a lot. Going into the playoffs I believe we have a strong fourth line with purpose and chemistry and we have a couple of ways to assemble the top nine...either with three lines that can produce or a top six/bottom six. I think we also have some D pairings that work. We have lots of options that work if we need to in game shuffle too.

The last four to six weeks was tricky. There was not much to play for, but I think he did a good job winning the big games, keeping everyone involved and trying new combo. This team added six guys at the TDL and they have integrated nicely. ROR, Acciari, McCabe, Lafferty, Schenn and Gustafsson all seem to have roles and we know what we have with them.

He even works Simmonds in (classy) and got a lot of Marlies a taste too.

Let's see what he can dow tih Knies and Will the final three games.
