I’m really bad at predicting things outside of standings, and even then I’m not great at that. But I do think that Hughes is going to catch on to NHL play quicker than people think. I’m not sure if he’ll win the Calder, but I’m not counting it out.

He might not even play 30 games if we have injury luck.

Yeah his 13 points last year were in 50 or so games without Hall for over half the season, without Hughes, Gusev, Simmonds and even guys like Boqvist/the fourth-line banger we acquired from Chicago whose name escapes me. Depth is much better this year.

We need goaltending insurance and currently the Lightning have two capable netminders buried in the AHL and 4 goaltenders total in their farm system.

This makes them a prime trade partner in my opinion.

Perhaps Louis Domingue for future considerations or a returning Scott Wedgewood for a conditional 7th round pick could get things done.

The depth helps Seney hit 30 this year in Jersey. He’s the diamond in the rough

at first look ….coleman for 50? ill take the under on that one ……we would all love that to happen but i think its a bit high for a projection

….and a 96 pt team puts us right on that edge of making the dance or missing…..sounds decent/about right

It's probably a bit high yes, but it's only a 14 point increase.

It was a joke...that clearly went over your head.

Oh ok. Funny joke? A joke would be a prediction that MadDevil puts up 30 NHL points this season

Seney has to make the team first. If he does I predict 30+ NHL points. He’s shown he can contribute offensively at the NHL level. Seney along with all the other returning players will benefit production wise with the added depth/talent IMO
