Christina Millioti was incredible in this. So was Farrell but I don't think it works without her going all this is the bitch in charge in her scenes. mega babe 😻

Not sure how to explain it properly but I liked how much they made this work as a limited series specifically. Not only did they have a great A plot, but very very good B and C plots as well. Rare you get dark and gritty and real with these Disney series. The criminal underworld should be scummy, and I enjoyed that this show didn't try to soften or glorify that.

I agree with what you're saying but did Disney actually have anything to do with making this series?

Disney had a chance to make a darker show about a mob boss and the criminal underbelly of the galaxy, but turned their villainous main character into a just and moral hero character.
