Giving up on players with potential around the age of 25 can be risky for sure. I'm just shocked that the Stars preferred the smaller softer winger for the playoffs.
We gave up on Chucky but we got Domi and then flipped him for Anderson. That's the type of trade I would have expected if the Stars gave up on him but they went after a soft winger who has 4 playoff games. Wow
Not to stray too far from the subject, but how is Lemaires # 25 still not retired! And I will reiterate that I am not a fan of retiring numbers, but this one confounds me!

Hope MSL can help Gurianov find confidence in his game, that's definitely something that affects his game and he seems to need others to help lift him up instead of being able to create something on a regular basis. He's a flawed player, but his speed and shot can definitely be useful tools for a team.
As morhilane mentioned above he is a really nice guy and good teammate and with his tools it's definitely worth the shot at a reclamation project.

1 it makes NO sense how he only has 2 goals this year lol like wtf happened, it screams like a change of scenery could do him very well (hopefully)
2 its just NO f***in fair we dont get to see this guy next to Kirby for 20 games.. bah

Drouin is only one goal behind Ullmark
exactly so the chances are there, and his advanced stats dont show a drop as much as his stats do.
Often that means a player is not put in a situation to succeed and thus becomes unlucky .
Perfect rebound candidate.
I am very excited by that player.

Even if he isn't great, we could qualify him for 2.9 and at next deadline if he puts up a 30 point pace. 6'3 3rd liners with wheels can get decent returns at the deadline if we retain.
