no worries.
I don't have disdain for the millions smarter than me.
You literally just said most humans are a waste of flesh. And now we're supposed to believe you care about what's best for them?
no worries.

Anti-vaccine aside.
I have no problem with Countries needing to you to have certain vaccine before entering and to some extend, I am fine with it to attend sporting events or other stuff. My problem and I think most here are having the same problem is how safe is the vaccine? Is it being rush? What are the side effects?
Bc time is something you cannot buy in this case.

Sorry. Where did I say I care about what's best for you (or anyone else)?
I think you got your insinuations crossed.
Oh I agree, I don't put banking or financial information on my phone. So not putting health information there either.
Exactly. Sadly, there is no money to be made in prevention and precious little research on non-patentable (aka non-profitable) solutions. I started taking Vitamin D3 a dozen years ago because I had annual recurring bouts of bronchitis/pneumonia and/or strep throat.....I would end up with one or more of those on an annual basis. Since then, I have been sick exactly once, and that was because I had (stupidly) been off Vitamin D3 for over 6 months. I got very sick this February, but high dose Vitamin D3 and Zinc knocked it right out of my system inside 48 hours with no side effects except feeling good.
Cost the taxpayers nothing. No drugs, no hospital visit. Cost me under $10.
Nice post gave me a chuckle which we all need ... some of these guys on CNN are so far left it is incredible ... da biggest problem in US today people are so polarized on left or right they forget about facts and logic
permanently.
right.
those who are advocating against vaccinating will be distracted by a shiny light, or other form of simplistic distraction. Most humans are wastes of flesh, and will sell their soul for $10 dollars off something.
I'm not sure a business can do ANYTHING to permanently alienate a customer.
exactly as it reads.
I never look down at anyone who is smarter than me.
You have two kinds of people in society. First type is "we are all equal. no one is smarter than another". The other type recognizes no matter how dumb you are, there is someone dumber. No matter how smart you are, there is someone smarter.
To determine what path you take depends on whether you have disdain for those smarter, or whether you can appreciate they are smarter, and try to learn from those who are smarter.
There are brain surgeons, front line doctors, and those WAY smarter than me (like I'm not even in the same stratosphere as them). I tend to follow their lead instead of some twitter link or other 'internet source'.
You choose your own path.
Choose carefully.
Who exactly have you seen advocating against vaccinating? I haven't seen anyone doing that at all. You wouldn't happen to be confusing people personally not wanting to be vaccinated with the idea they are against others getting vaccinated, would you?
My father is a veteran, and is actually a Legion member (his local is Limeridge Road here in Hamilton).
He told me yesterday he will be getting the vaccine as soon as it is offered to him.
Once you have fought in war, and have seen real death, getting pricked twice by a needle isn't scary. They went to war to protect their country. My father understands getting a vaccine is doing the same thing.
You can buy time on research and development since if you have money, you can hire two, three or more times the people to run R & D 24/7. But you can’t buy time in trails. If it takes 3 months to test on animals, that’s 3 months, you cannot shorten that no matter how much money you have.Yes you can buy time, that is what they literally did. Normally new vaccines take years to make due to lack of funding, not due to the time required to actually research and develop it. With this covid vaccine there has a basically unlimited funding for the vaccine which has helped expedite it's development.
Your father is a hero and I have nothing but respect for him. But equating his sacrifice with getting vaccinated may be the most hilarious thing I've read in a while.
I think you got your insinuations crossed.
no worries.

Nope. I'm looking at those who are choosing to be immediately vaccinated, looking at who they are, their credentials, their intelligence, then comparing them to the "The Hanging Jowl's" comments.
I'm making my decisions accordingly.
Oh, I completely agree with you there. But you suggested walk into a Legion and suggest to the vets to get a vaccine. You'd find they have sacrificed MUCH MORE for others. As such, getting a vaccine isn't nearly what some are making it out to be.
I got your point. But I think your example of "a Legion" was off the mark.
How do you know how intelligent they are? Are you equating credentials with intelligence? Genuinely curious.
The general public can buy tickets to attend.public events =/= private events.
(you do understand that, correct?)
credentials, such as the ability work operate on ones brain, or provide life saving surgery (the examples I used) is a direct correlation to intelligence. Yes.
Front lines medical staff all have high levels of intelligence.
