Sure, yeah.Uhmmm, usually the better players have more of an impact on the hockey game.

Sure, yeah.
Its disingenuous to say they aren't "even close to comparable". Even if Landeskog and Nichuskin are better overall players than McCann and Burakovsky, their roles and importance to their respective teams structure is nearly identical. Heck, it should probably be Rantanen instead of Landeskog to truly be analogous.I don’t think McCann and his outlier season and Burakovsky are even close to comparable lol

The loss of Makar can be more impactful than that of anybody (or even all of the) above.
Nah Makar hasn't been good this year for the most part and the team has a great record without him.Its disingenuous to say they aren't "even close to comparable". Which one of those 3....They should really consider moving him this summer for a 2C. Clearly they don't need him.
Which one of those 3....
the Kraken go for an upset for the history books.
having the local team on the brink of a historic upset has added some fun back into this season's SCP for me.
The Bolts have been here before and have fought back and won. They have that brand of resilience few teams have. They work better when under pressure.Buddy, Winning the president´s trophy and then getting swept by Columbus in Round 1 was a historical upset.
Vegas sweeping LA in Round 1 in their first year, thats a "historical upset".
I know, you are still butthurt from last year and getting eliminated this year from Toronto may suck, but c´mon, really? That keeps you going?
The jokes may be on us this time. That´s ok.
But this "hot take" is just laughable.
When the krak attack finish them off, it will for sure be one of the biggest 1st round upsets in NHL history.
But a few of us saw it coming with how good they forecheck and how overrated and fragile colorado's D is.
I wouldn't call it that big or unexpected an upset. When the krak attack finish them off, it will for sure be one of the biggest 1st round upsets in NHL history.

Absolutely not. Avs have been decimated by injury and quite easily have the worst depth in the playoffs. If you're looking for a laugh, take a quick peak at their stats so far this playoffs. When the krak attack finish them off, it will for sure be one of the biggest 1st round upsets in NHL history.
