Yeah... I don't think people will see it that way.. Avs are heavily injured and didn't even win the West.

As a Wild fan, I agree with this. I'm still impressed how well CO did this year with all the injuries, but also I think it shows how the teams in the West are evenly matched (Conference is also down).

Whoever comes out of the Wild-Stars series is winning the West if Edmonton loses. The West is weak this year but has a better chance to win the cup than anyone in the East IMO. The bloodbath that is the Eastern playoffs will be insane, especially rounds 2 and 3.

I stopped enjoying hockey after the Jarome Iginla season. There has been no part of this season that has been enjoyable to watch. It's not like this team is young with room for improvement. These guys peaked. Now, they're crippled like McCann. It's been a waste of a season.

I'd rather have this season ended now than going to 2nd round. This team is too battered with injuries and other off ice shit. Regroup, rest, get healthy, get some new faces and let's make a fresh start in October. Avs Stanley Cup window is not going anywhere anytime soon.
