Very interesting, atleast his AHL play has earned him a seemingly good oppurtunity. Curious to see how he and Chinakhov work together.

I’m excited to see this Sillinger line. I have no idea how they will do, but I feel like Chinakov gets a boost from playing with an offense-oriented player and maybe these wings will help Cole. On the other hand this could be Lars’ new under 10 minute line. I sure hope that’s not the case - even if they have a rough start as they gel.

Torts did the same thing with Dubois until a large number of injuries happened and he looked like a genius even though he was forced into it. I dont know why coaches have trouble trusting kids. They play out the worst case scenarios in their heads but dont give it a chance in reality. Yeah Johnson's small, who cares? If he gets a chance and he shines then leave him there, if he starts to get overwhelmed take him off 1C duty its simple stuff. Hes finally on line 1 and he did get that look in the preseason so I hold out hope that at some point it happens, I just hope its not due to something bad like a Jenner injury.

It's a kid line, which I hate. And also the exact sort of line that Lars puts together so he can give them under 10 minutes.

Though it will be nice to see Marchenko on the PP bumper. He's a finisher.

He got named to Team USA WJC camp roster. We will see if he makes it.
