Is that good?
Maritime division, I hear those points dont actually count.
Is that good?
Johannesson having a huge jump this year. Leading all SHL u23 D in pts.
As so we’ll be disappointed that his numbers have declined and there are no linked tweets with his highlights and thus turns out he’s no good just like everyone else associated with this black hole of a franchise. His ice time is about to be slashed

That’s not a bad thing as he’ll actually be even more motivated to leaveHis ice time is about to be slashed
That whole MJ team looks off when I watch them. Super weird, I thought they were going to be a more dominant team this year.I've watched both MJ Warriors games following their holiday break. Many times this year they've been a frustrating bunch of guys to watch and these 2 games were no exception. That includes the individual play of Mateychuk.
I don't what is up with him. He seems to be less eager to jump on the attack then last year, rush defense/ability to block passing lanes is still subpar, sometimes loses his balance too easily, puckhandling in tight high pressure situations and shooting mechanics are major issues, and the skating hasn't improved significantly. Overall I feel as if his development is not progressing as quickly as I hoped and projected.
On a positive note his smarts have not disappeared entirely and I think he's gotten a bit stronger on board battles. But right now I wouldn't be in complete disagreement if someone claimed Svozil > Mateychuk as a D prospect. Maybe I need to take a break from watching MJ and just concentrate on draft eligibles playing for other WHL teams in the next few weeks. Maybe things aren't as bad as they seem when looking at them with "fresh eyes".
I'm confident in putting Jiricek on a higher tier above rest of our D prospects but ranking Mateychuk/Ceulemans/Svozil/etc is very much open to debate at this point. And needless to say having that debate would be ten times more exciting if Ceulemans got an invitation to Canada's WJC camp.
Yea me too, especially after the return of Korczak but no... maybe every fifth game they seem to step it up to look like a top team, only to fool you with falling back to early season out-of-sync sloppiness that you wouldn't expect to see from them at this stage of the season. That whole MJ team looks off when I watch them. Like you said its too early but I will say hes developing faster than I expected and his knee injury was a major blessing for us because if it didnt happen he probably goes sooner.Just for fun and obviously premature, but with how he's looked in the AHL and WJC do we think Jiricek would go #1 in a 2022 re-draft?
I just hope he stays healthy and can maintain his play throughout the season, especially if the Jackets FO decides they like what they are seeing from Bemstrom. How does that offense produce without him?Like you said its too early but I will say hes developing faster than I expected and his knee injury was a major blessing for us because if it didnt happen he probably goes sooner.
