I'm curious what the organization does with Rychel. After getting sent to Lake Erie, he's not putting up much goals or points at all. I think he's falling behind and dropping down our prospect depth chart. I have never been as big of a fan of Anderson as others, but I think Anderson could be passing him at this point.

Maybe this is the offseason Rychel gets dealt, especially if we get a forward with our first pick

Veeti Vainio signed a two year contract with KooKoo. Not a top team so he should get a big role with some PP time as well. They did a fine job deveping some of their younger defenseman last season so should be a good move for him.

Kärpät already has 3 new defenseman for next season so seems likely that Nutivaara is coming over to AHL.

With the head coaching change in Kärpät with Marjamäki taking over Finnish national team it would make sense to make the switch prior to World Cup.

Kolesar just scored a game-tying goal with 3 seconds left in regulation. Seattle had been down 4-2 with under 90 seconds to play.

Seattle won in double-OT, and advanced to the WHL championship. They are a combined 12-1 in the playoffs.

No. I usually just stream Sportsnet, though the games aren't always on the stream sites. The lockout year was the best. KHL, CHL, we had a lot more access.

The NHL Network has televised Memorial Cup games in the past (if not live at least on replay). I suspect they will be broadcasting them again this year.

Nutivaara, two-way-defenseman. Third season with men. This year he scored. I think he's the guy. He has got the element we drastically need in Columbus Blue Jackets. Top-2 guy.

The only place where Jones and Murray are on par with Nuti is on a golf course. I expect Nuti to take his place.

Puljujärvi eats Dano portion of the cake in the big picture. 1/8th of Puljujärvi's offensive game is Jack Skille. The comparison for Puljujärvi's style of play is still Sergei Lomanov junior, #7.

I think that was intended more as "what Skille was supposed to be" rather than what he ultimately became.

I'm excited that we got Nutivaara signed. When Jarmo first made the pick I was disappointed but Nutivaara really blossomed this season.
