If it brings new fans to the game go for it, its a small market that needs all the free publicity it can get.

How is it going to bring new fans? David Ayers story brings new fans. This is just grabbing the same low hanging fruit and being a douche. From fans, no problem. However you would expect to see far from professionalism from the team's PR and team reporters.

She took a ton of crap from Montreal fans after the Aho offer sheet. She said he used the offer sheet to get what wanted out of a contract. Montreal fans came from all over to say he really wanted to play for Montreal and get away from the cheap Canes owner / terrible franchise. So yea, stick it to Montreal on the regular.
