Post-Game Talk: Canucks WIN. Def. Kraken - 5-4 (Mikheyev x2, Kuzmenko, Pettersson, Garland)

It was quite clear his wrist/arm injury in the pre-season was serious and he was allowed to play until it worsened. I get letting the players have a say but we've seen too many instances of guys being put into a spot where their injuries or condition worsen: Ferland, Pettersson, Poolman, Hughes, Boeser.

Horvat?

I did say "one of", but yes, Horvat is the longest, I believe.

A rested Canucks on a 7 game losing streak playing a team that played the night before with goaltenders who have put up like -9GSAx already, what could possibly go wrong.

When the going gets tough,,Boeser gets injured. Just blow this up,,it's beyond stupid now..
Boeser being out doesn't really hurt this team much. Not even trying to be dramatic. He was an anchor on his line at 5v5, point production be damned

We're basically relying on the top 6 + Demko to carry this team.

Bottom 6 and defense is rough

Injuries will be used as Aquilini's excuse for not starting a rebuild this year when in reality it just shows a lack of depth in the organization and a glaring need to rebuild.

Also, the projected lines are crap.

I'd like to see:

Miller-Horvat-Garland
Podkolzin-Petey-Kuzmenko
Hoglander-Aman-Mihkeyev
Joshua-Dries-Pearson

Like me and everyone else predicated. If you need everything to go perfect and be healthy your team probably sucks.

I just didnt ever think they’d suck THIS much
Missing the playoffs and picking 15th was the absolute perfect outcome for this roster, generating maximum results lmao
