The way they just collapsed after the 2nd Canes goal was glaring.
They'd hung in the game up until that point and it just seemed like the team slumped their shoulders and knew the game was over. Guys stopped moving, (unless it was to run into each other.)

I want them to win because tanking this season would be catastrophic to a pretty good group of young players but I also want them to lose because Bedard, Michkov, Fantilli, and Carlssson are all franchise players.

It absolutely is, Seattle looks decent but their goalies can't stop a beach ball. But, with our offense, they shouldn't have too much trouble.

I wouldn't at this point say confidently that yeah they are toast for the next four games, but tying the 11 loss season opener streak based on what we see thus far seems unnervingly plausible.

We're going to win. I think Demko looked a bit better in the last game against arguably the best team we've faced, and he gets some more off time to work with Clark this next week or so.
