Would you take 6m over 2-3 seasons or take 6 for a single yearI get why KK would sign this. That being said, the 20$ to spite the Habs could’ve been avoided and the fact that KK saw it and signed it says a lot about his relationship with the organization.
let him walk, take the picks
Yeah and try using paragraphs. Your post is impoossble to read
If we sign KK at 6.1, we're also f***** with Suzuki and Caufield next contracts ...
Every time we put him on the wing we were 'ruining his development'The Canes will use him as a LW
Probably with Trocheck
There is no need to rush a young C... look at how they are developing Necas
What does this have to do with your original comment?Who cares? That’s the whole point. If the Habs care enough they’ll match if not he’s gone…the world keeps turning and we move in a different direction…
Offer sheets are part of the game...........said Marc Bergevin. After what happened with Patrick Roy anyone thinking KK will wear the CH again is out of their mind. He's done.
This.Says a lot about how poorly the management builds relationships with young talented players... frequent pattern since 2012
Does not work that way. They can only match the exact contract offered by the Canes.watch MTL match, 6,2$ for four years.
Whiners and losers would want to leave……a winner will tell himself he’s got to be better if he wants to stay in the lineup and double his efforts.Hate to say it, I wanted Tkachuk in the draft. He would've been a fan favorite in Montreal.
But I've never bashed KK though. He was a beast in the playoffs. But scratching him twice must be enough for him to want to leave.
Agree…..I’m taking the picks and using them in an Eichel tradeAt this stage of his career, KK aint 6mil per year centre. Maybe, just maybe, in the future he is in that level. And most important thing is that if he really want to leave Habs, let him walk and take the picks.
