Those who read the article can see that multiple people have seen the video and are willing to testify to the committee about what they saw.

Quite hard to imagine this being fake frankly. They don't even want to testify in public, so it's not like there can even be a silly "fame" angle to this.

Read. The. Article. There are 3 sources stating they saw video of the incident proving the girl in this case was unconscious and are willing to testify under oath to the government. Consensual sex is one thing; This is definitely not it.
