I'm neither mad nor sad or excited over this return. I feel kind of numb, I'm glad the Eichel trade is over but I feel like this return is really light considering how long Adams held out for.

The condition on the 1st is a slap in the face, I know it doesn't mean anything since Vegas isn't likely to pick top 10 but still..

If this return looks light and it took this long I really question what the lowball offers looked like earlier. They must have been downright terrible.

I'm surprised the condition isn't tied to Eichel's return to play/performance in the games he gets into tbh.

I'm kind of with you on having little feeling/reaction about the return. I like the pieces we got back. Tuch is a good player on a good contract. Krebs is a good prospect whose game I like. Picks are picks. But it still feels meh. It was always going to, though (at best) -- you're never going to get the sense that you came out ahead when you're trading a player like Jack.

Should have been the best player in franchise history. Disgusting honestly .
That's Buffalo for ya bud...They spend years trying to get two legitimate centermen...Not only do they get them but they get a Conn Smythe winner and an elite Top 5 centerman (arguably)only to let them both go and start all over...Now that the trade has occurred I got a sick empty feeling in the bottom of my stomach...Players like that are extremely hard to come by and we basically gave them away...Sickening.

Hope Krebs is a mentally strong player. He is going to have enormous pressure on him. Donny guide him!
That's why you need multiple good pieces to come back to dilute the pressure. Seems like there will be a lot on Krebs though.

Adam Larsson left partly because he didn't like the pressure of living up to the Hall trade.

All those great players landed us in the bottom 5 perpetually. Not saying it was the players' fault, but the mistakes were made and there's no going back now. It's time to move on and try to build a team the right way.
