Nash has a concussion history so it could be a delayed reaction to a hit from the previous game. I thnk he was at practice and was expected to play that day. Concussion makes the most sense to me.

Concussion makes some sense for Nash. Hopefully he, Debrusk, and the others get better before the playoffs.

Only Pastrnak, Kuraly and Schaller have played every game this year although Riley Nash and Carlo have only missed one apiece. Not exactly a murder's row of whom you want to stay healthy all year. - and kinda surprising it's those five.

Patrice Bergeron may play this weekend for Bruins - The Boston Globe

DALLAS — Patrice Bergeron has been skating with the Providence Bruins as he recovers from his fractured right foot.
His visit to the AHL is over.

On Friday, Bergeron received medical approval to rejoin his teammates. He was scheduled to travel to Minnesota on Saturday.

On Sunday, Bergeron will participate in the morning skate ahead of the Bruins’ game that night against the Wild. Even if the Bruins decide to give Bergeron one more game off, it’s a good bet he will return to the lineup, at the latest, on Tuesday against Winnipeg when the Bruins conclude their four-game road swing.

A lot of people are asking how Rick Nash got injured. This is probably the hit that caused it. Cedric Paquette nailed Rick Nash along the board. It occurred with 8:56 left in the 3rd in the Bos vs TB game on 3/17/18. McQuaid tried to go after Paquette after the hit. Paquette has a history of dangerous hits.

It still makes me cringe when I see Jake DeBrusk going head first into the boards. You would think that he would be the last to return from the injured list, if at all. He also had a concussion in juniors in 2015 from an illegal hit.

Patrice Bergeron expected back in lineup for Bruins Sunday - The Boston Globe

David Backes will be back soon as that line’s right wing . . . Backes, recovering from a deep gash to his right thigh sustained last Saturday in Tampa, has not resumed skating. But he has increased his off-ice workouts, with the club’s medical staff no longer concerned that the wound presents an infection risk . . .

Of the many injured, only captain Zdeno Chara and fellow blue liner Charlie McAvoy are skating, working out in Boston while the club is on the road. McAvoy has been out since wrenching a knee vs. the Habs on March 3

If Debrusk and Nash are out till the playoffs that's totally fine. Get'm 100% or close. Other guys back is more than enough reinforcements.

it would be nice to see a healthy lineup for a few games before the playoffs just to see how Cassidy slots everyone.
to me the big unknown is where does Donato fit if everyone is healthy?

My guess is Donato will be in the Seguin role from 2011. In for injuries and maybe an offensive jump. He just doesn't have the time to really know the system and be trusted in the playoffs over the guys that have been there all season.
