Nash has only been out 8 days I really wouldn’t be worried yet

Debrusk didn’t start skating until 2 weeks after his concussion

my guess would be the lesson is "don't give up assests for a rental with a concussion history". Just a guess, though. I still think it was a good trade, and I'd do it again.

If that's 'the lesson' then there should be all kinds of articles and posts regarding Nash's concussion history and frailty just before the trade deadline. I can't recall a single such post, even here, where everything is micromanaged to death. Brad Marchand has more recent concussions than Rick Nash. Players do recover from these things. Not saying Nash will or won't, but it's a little early for hand-wringing.

We've seen some great careers come to and end (Savard, Horton) and a player like Bergy who took YEARS to recover.

Even if Nash is a long time coming back, I hope he returns to 100% whenever that is. Yes the bruins paid a high price for him, but at the end of the day, he's still a human being who needs to live after hockey is over.

Does anyone know if Cehlarik is healthy?
wouldnt you guys rather him in there on line 2 or 3 rather than somebody like gionta or wingels??
I mean our 2nd line tonite is brutal. Krejci must be asking why he gets stuck with Gionta

Good points all.

A healthy Nash is the goal and hockey or any sport comes with risks.

Let’s hope Nash gets healthy and back in the line up.

Is it just me or is virtually every team taking liberties with this team trying to injure our players?? Is this their way of trying to bring them down to a level where they can beaten? If Morrisey isnt suspended for that, i dont know what to say?

So frustrating.

I want the depth guys in the press box when playoffs start.

Hopefully Gryz is okay-but he sure looked shook up.

Just a reckless hit by Morrissey. Grizz killing the clock and Morrissey Clocks him from behind almost a deliberate hit to injure. Supplemental disciplinary should becoming. Unfortunately that doesn't make Grizz any better.

Hopefully the Bruins took him out for the 3rd on precautionary reasons.

Some people on the main board are trying to blame Gryz. Probably the same people who thought the Randy Jones hit was Bergeron's fault.

That's just to funny. I was watching the game on TSN, Winnipegs telecast and they more than once went as far as saying it was deliberate and that they felt Morrissey must of thought Grizz was the one who threw the Clean hit on Scheifele.

If Marchand would have done that, they would have posted suggestions for what household chemicals to inject into his eyes. Terrible hit on a nothing play. That scrub should be suspended for 10 games.

This is why the “he turned” imo doesn’t matter here.

That hit wasn’t about getting the puck and scoring a goal. It was about getting revenge for a clean, powerful hit.

Morrisey got his revenge now Gryz is out and may not be available for playoffs.
