Having a real elite DMAN out there with Colt banged up and Faulk playing far above his weight class would be a welcoming shot in the arm for the team. Avs own our blueline.

If we could shed Krug’s salary and find a two-way top 4 guy, then we might be ok. That’s assuming Parayko rebounds, but I am not certain the injury is the only issue with him. He seems to be playing above his capabilities too. He is a shutdown guy, not a true #1D.
