I purchased a 3 month subscription to McKeens and we're not off to a good start.
Within the first few pages of their season preview mag:
DALIBOR DVORSKY, C/RW – ST. LOUIS BLUES
The past few years development path for Dvorsky were messy, playing in Sweden at the J18, J20, Allsvenskan, SHL and international tournaments for Slovakia. He moved to the OHL after a ten game SHL start to the season with limited minutes and broke out in Sudbury posting 88 points in 52 games. The 19-year-old will stay in the OHL for another development season, but it was nice to see the offensive upside scouts have been talking about flourish in the right environment and to see his development on track.
BRAYDEN YAGER, C – ST. LOUIS BLUES
Braydon Yager joined the Blues after being acquired for Rutget McGroarty. His WHL production has improved from 59 points as a rookie, to 78 in his draft year to 95 last year leading the Moose Jaw Warriors to a WHL Championship. He was also one of the top players for Canada at the WJC as well as a point-per-game player.
They need a new editor.
