Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. First: Vikings fans are so salty about not getting Poles. LOL
Second: I like Caldwell but I prefer him as OC instead of HC. Nonetheless, there is not a HC candidate connected to the Bears, that I am hyped about and that includes Daboll.

Why would O'Connell leave Rams OC job to join Bears as OC? That isn't promotion and Bears would have to compensate Rams for it (And receive permission for him to leave)

He was not good in Buffalo and Jacksonville as OC
Rodgers/Lafleur run things in GB offensively

Matt Lafleur did the same thing going to the great powerhouse of offense that was the Titans to be actually in charge of an offense instead of a piece with Mcvay.
But O'Connell is being interviewed by the Broncos for HC so I don't think he needs to leave.
You know why Denver went with Hackett, even though supposedly Quinn was the leading favorite 24-48 hours ago. I give you hint, they were numbers 12 and 17. They intended to go after both guys.

How old is Rod though. I thought he was retiring a few years back.
Are we gonna switch back to a 4-3? Or did Eberflus do both or 3-4 in indy? I read he does do 4-3 cover 3(in the style of Tampa 2 but more updated)
