Did not like how Thrun defended the two on one on their goal, but otherwise good first period from us.

This has been, apart from a little shoving towards the end of the period, the most civil game of hockey I’ve seen in ages. We’ll see if it stays that way

Lot to like tonight. Breakout was pretty strong, power play scored one, we had some good pressure throughout.

Gushchin with four points (1G, 3A), Todd had three (1G, 2A), and two points for: Simek (1G, 1A), Cassels and Peterson (2A each)

We experimented with some odd stuff towards the end, for our second power play we had Thrun stationed in front of the net. Also tomorrow, watch Sabourin and Tyler Benson of Henderson, the two of them were having some really heated words midway through the second. Something ticked Sabourin off.

Mid-third period (I wrote second in my post by accident) Benson blocked Sabourin from making a change and it turned into an argument of some kind. They separated and went to the benches, but Sabourin was livid afterward. Slammed his stick against the glass between the benches.

Looking like it’s just Pulli in for Thrun with Romanov in net.

We’ve replaced our buzzer with a siren, kind of like what Montreal has. It’s… different.

2-0 Henderson already.

Still 2-0 at 1st intermission, shots 15-14 Cuda. Definitely falling back into our old habits.

Puck is also jumping all over the place.

4-0 after two periods, same old. Cuda only recorded two shots that period.

Cuda are 0 for 5 on the power play. Henderson is 2 for 3.

Cuda finally get one, it’s Coe redirecting a Muk shot right after a PP. 4-1.

Henderson are blocking a lot of shots.

After a good showing yesterday, Cuda are back to where they were before, performance-wise. This just seems to be the norm. Adam Cracknell with a hat trick for Henderson, including two tips (goals 1 and 4 there) that Romanov really had no chance on. In fact, it's hard to blame anything on Romanov tonight IMO.

Cuda have now moved into last place in the division.
