Matthews will put up goals in the regular season than same old song and dance come playoff time, also ask yourselves which player that you want if you can choose between the 2 of them , it makes me wonder what teams Gm's would choose matthews over Mcdavid, matthews only scores, when taking a pass,he does not make others around him score very often, matthews is not a play driver, teams are concerned when Mcdavid has the puck in the neutral zone, because Mcdavid will make your Defense look like piyons, not so often with Matthews who will go to the top of the face off circle and wait for a pass to shoot.

Good for him I guess but on a scale of 1-100 for how much I care, this maybe a 5. With playoff success that number goes up , and the more rounds we win, the higher it goes but the max is probably about 50 for me if we had won the cup. As it is though, 5 out of 100.

Time to win some playoff rounds, the next playoffs can't start soon enough for me!

I really figured that 935 of Shesterkins' was going to get him the nod, he got them to the next level for sure.

After all is said and done though, seeing a Leaf receiving one of the leagues greatest honours, makes my Leafhood all that much prouder stronger. 3 in one year is outstanding Congrats Mr Matthews

Nice seeing MM get the 1st allstar nod, there's 5 or 6 guys all running neck and neck in that RW spot, although it's not like he pulled a rabbit out of a hat, the magic he performed was all hard work and next level smarts. I was hoping Mitch would pick up the Connie this year and the team pick up those 2 trophies that we've waited such a very long time for.

I am hoping that they realize they all need to bring another level.
We should have beat TB in game 6.
Iam still shocked the we came out in the 3rd period to play defensively 4 shots.
