Liljegren tied for 11th in Calder trophy voting. I was very impressed with his progress last season. Glad to see that some of the voters recognized it as well.

I think he gets a lot of respect around the league for his two-way play. It’s not far-fetched to say he’s among the best PKers in the NHL. Also helps when he has the highest ppg average among right wingers.

We are truly blessed to watch these guys.

I was. McDavid was the 2nd team all star and Draisaitl didnt even make the cut. so not sure i'd put much weight on it

that said, marner did go on a tear for a bit when he got back from injury at the end of the season.
