It's happened before. Takes more work for whoever is counting the votes, but it's interesting.

I think, it will give GMs slightly better idea about the strength of their teams and their draft strategy.
I also think, that it would be very interesting not just vote, but also describe shortly why did you vote this way and release it too.
So far, there were some really unexpected for me results (and I'm not speaking about our team) and I really wonder why
