We'll have it start midweek pms will be sent out tomorrow

I'm hesitant to call it just because the arguments have started to pick up

I'm not seeing it your way. I'm not seeing a whole lot of activity honestly.

However, I'm getting a bit impatient at the same time because I just want my next series to start so feel free to disregard my opinion. :P

I likely won't be able to vote until tomorrow but I will try to find some time

EDIT: Voted (The Robson final was one of the toughest I've ever had to decide on)

Same problem as before: we only have 10 ballots at this point. Voters so far: BenchBrawl, Hawkey Town 18, Johnny Engine, Namba 17, ResilientBeast, seventieslord, Sprague Cleghorn, TheDevilMadeMe, tony d, Voight.

Whoops! I had prepared my ballot but due to internet problems I didn't sent it. Then I got distracted fixing that and I forgot to send those ballots in!

Sorry about that.

We're past deadline and I've only got 12 ballots. Enough to proceed?

I'm inclined to say yes, but also would like to know who those last 2 voters are. Then compare the list of voters to the list of GMs and see if there's anyone who hasn't voted, who should have been a sure thing.

My co-GM has voted (to meet our obligations), but today my new apartment in a new city at my new job has just got a new Internet connection for my new computer, so... I could provide a 'new';) vote... but tell me before I bother to take the two hours it'll take to get up to speed whether my vote will be split with Namba's (I have no idea who he voted for as we haven't communicated since we got bounced in the first round).

Let me know. I've time and could.

In any event, I look forward to contributing to discussions next round.

I don't think playoff votes from co-GMs get combined.

Jarek and Iceman are the new ones.

Teams still involved whose GMs haven't voted:

Cobalt Silver Kings (chaosrevolver)
Montreal AAA (tinyzombies)
Toronto Maple Leafs (Leaf Lander)
West Lafayette Lion Tamers (Markrander87 and Stoneberg)

ok, definitely those guys should vote, then off the top of my head, dreakmur is another usually reliable guy.

then there's king forsberg, madarcand, and monster_bertuzzi.

...i'll send something out.

I know this was already mentioned last round, but we really need to start letting people vote on their own series next year. The consolation round teams are one thing, but to have 2 of the 8 remaining teams in the main playoffs not voting is pretty bad, especially when one of those teams has 2 GM's.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that markrander and Stoneberg didn't vote probably because something got in the way. Those guys are usually very reliable. Same thing with Dreakmur.

There's just no consequence for not voting. every year a number of people completely check out in the later rounds and we never hold them accountable for it. It's often the same people too.
