Zub is in Russia right now in the city of Khabarovsk. Visiting with his wife and a baby their relatives. Zub never did a military service in Russia and could be detained now and drafted to the service. Not a joke, but a sad reality. Probability is very high we could lose him.

I argued at the end of the season that re-signing Zub is priority number 1. Mind you, this is before I got intel that we were after another top-end top 4 D in the mold of JC. If we don't acquire one, or a lesser one, then Zub is still of critical importance.
