Also I don't think people realize Kevyn puts himself in a position of leverage by saying he doesn't have to make a move and they're just going to stay the course if they can't get the right deal done. Oh you want more than what we've offered? Well we'll just walk away and keep building with our current core. Our timeline is plenty long enough to where we don't have to panic.

If he says he really wants to make a trade, the other GM will try and squeeze him because they know he feels necessary to make a move.
