I am pretty sure the reason he will never consider coming home is because he has matured enough to realize that being around his old running buddies would be a very bad idea.
Maybe. I think he just wants to get paid to play for a potential contender and be in a place that has a night life. NYC is always top of everyone's list in that regard. Buffalo isn't a contender.

Pens up 3-1 on the Ducks after one, not looking likely that we'll be getting any help tonight.

Rangers are in big trouble once all that hurting their chemistry catches up to them

Just a stupid, stupid quote by Kane imo. Hasn’t wanted to be traded, now seems to reluctantly accept that it’ll happen- but now that a deal is done he’s whining about something he can’t change- he’s hurt and playing like crap, if I’m another GM this makes me question whether he’ll be happy in my city.. glad he said how he feels, but only because it gives him more personality I can dislike. He’s grown up in a lot of ways, but I just dunno what good his quote does anyone.

It's his own damn fault. Had he said earlier in the season "Yeah, trade me".....he'd likely have been a Ranger weeks/months ago. But he dragged his feet on his decision and got hurt which murkified everything.

Adopted WNYer Matheson wins it in OT for the Habs. Might be the first time the Canadiens have won in those blue PJ's.

I am so conflicted, I would like chych but if we do somehow manage to get him, that most certainly means no Meier, who I think would be the bigger get.
