If it wasn’t for Edmonton’s hot start, they would be near the bottom of the West. I wonder if McDavid has the balls to request a trade out of Edmonton. I’d give up Laf, Kakko, Jones, Lundkvist, etc for him.

lol no shit

I think the better question is who you wouldn’t want to part with for McDavid.

I don’t think EDM makes any trade that doesn’t include Fox in it.

Look at the Eichel deal and you’ll see what you have to give up. These huge deals are often underwhelming.

Edmonton being so poor/good/poor is a very good argument for why you dont just throw every star player have you at EDM to get him. Teamwork make the dream work

So did I, such an undeserving whipping boy. I think it's because he was part of the McDonagh trade.

Howden was bad here but its not shocking that he looks better in a bottom 6 role with a Stanley Cup contender. NYR clearly rushed and gave him more responsibility than he could handle and it crushed his confidence. Being the most hated player on social media im sure also didnt not help (you know these guys see that crap thats said about them). Moving on was the the best for all parties.

Avs with the rare stinker. But afternoon games will do that.
