Well that’s what I meant kind of. The league has little interest in Hall. He’s shown himself to be a complimentary floater who had an outlier year in NJ. He’s not a guy you spend big on, everyone knows he’s not a win at all costs kind of playoff guy.

He’s been bouncing around for years and could just as easily be playing in the KHL right now.

Instead he’s playing on Toronto’s first line with Auston Matthews and Mitch Marner.

How has he been doing in this spot?

And people were disappointed in the return. The Rangers have found some pretty good players with 4th round picks, but no big loss if they don't with the one they got for Lemieux.
