Wade Allison waived. Could be a decent RW but he probably gets claimed.

Lol I find it funny Gorton and Bobrov gave Lisa(yes Lisa, f*** that guy) Andersson a try out.
His 31 goals for the Reign last year would have lead Laval, and he would have been second in points. He also wore an A and was by all accounts a very good player.
For $375,000 that's a good deal, and even his $775k if you absolutely had to call him up for 5 games wouldn't suck.
I would have had no issues with us offering him that for an AHL spot for this season. He won't make the NHL that is clear, but he should be a very good minor league/Euro league player for quite a while.

He’s a quitter. To quote my boss Tony Soprano: “he’s f***ing dead to me.”

I probably wouldn't classify seeing out your time in LA (and there was no talk of him being lazy) and then signing another NA contract when he likely could have gone home for similar money 'quitting', but to each their own

I don’t care what he did in LA. He quit here, he quit on his teammates, the organization, and himself. f*** him I hope he’s selling Big Mac’s in a few years.

RW depth. The Rangers are a Kakko injury away from Tyler Pitlick in the top 6.

Is Gurianov a top 6 player at this point tho? He's bombed out of Dallas and now the Preds. He has a good shot but the IQ seems to be lacking.

It’s absolutely remarkable that a 7th overall pick that was praised for his two way ability, leadership and work ethic can’t even crack it as a mediocre grinder in the NHL.

Gordie Clark was so f***ing bad at his job it’s almost impressive.
I wonder if more is going on. Scored 31 goals in under 70 ahl games but waived fairly early?

Lafferty to VAN for a 5th
I know a lot of people wanted him at the TDL
Wondering who made the team over Sam. Is Nic Robertson no longer waiver-exempt maybe?

Buchnevich and Hayes playing on the same roster again is weird.

Man... This team could use Buchnevich.

Of all the rebuild trades where we gave something for nothing... McDonagh, Miller, Stepan, etc...

Buchnevich still hurts the most.
Giving Miller away for nothing and watching him turn into a 90 point center, giving Buch away for nothing and watching him become a 70 point winger.

And people want to give away Lafreniere before he puts it together.

Fool me once, shame on you... fool me twice, shame on me... fool me three times...

Both Miller and Buch showed promise. You watched them play and it was obvious there was still untapped potential.

Laf is what he is.
