Nah Makar should have been an easy comparable to say, hey kid we like you but the best dman in the league is making 9 mill. Should have been a slam dunk at 9-9.5.
Makar (and Fox) is horribly underpaid.

11m for Dahlin is fair. And they have major deals on a lot of their other players so they'll be fine.

Took 30 seconds of watching the new NHL season before NHL tonight hit me with the prop bet of the night and another 20 seconds before i heard parlay.

then a 4 second infographic flashes before commercials "concerns about gambling?" and I didn't have time to read the rest.

I do not understand the decision making process behind Preds/Bolts at 5:30PM on a Tuesday to kick off the season.

Granted Nashville isn't supposed to be very good this year, but it feels like rumors of TB's demise have been rather exaggerated
They'll make the playoffs if Point and Kucherov stay healthy. That has been a big if the last couple of years. They still have an above average forward and defensive corps and one of the best goalies in the league. They'll make it as long as they dodge injuries.

always has been. People need to predict the next thing that's going to happen otherwise they're not smart critical thinkers. No one is attending a seminar telling you to buy apple stocks in 2023. Same thing with people saying they'd take Dahlin over Fox and Makar.

Ryan O'Reilly has more points tonight then he did in the first month of the season last year. He personally grenaded both of my fantasy teams looking like he was completely washed.
