They are but on the sequence in and around the Vegas net just before the second goal, one of the refs, who was right there, could/should have called three penalties....two to Vegas (goalie and d-man) and one to Tkachuk. Of course, he didn't. Refereeing in the playoffs is, imo, at an all time low.
