Their underlying numbers were pretty consistently good even when they were losing more. Their biggest issue continues to be goaltending.

More problems closer to home with the Jets than to care about how a team fighting for a wildcard spot in the other conference is doing

They're also not very stable in their position as the 1st wildcard team considering there's 5 teams with higher PTS% below them.

Genuinely glad to hear that he's found a good home.

Thought it was a mistake to waive him having watched him in the A and thought he was capable of bringing some of that skill and peskiness to the show -- but I guess he's a good few inches too short and 30 pounds too light to carve his way into the very large if often ineffective Jets' bottom six, where the motto increasingly seems to be:
