That's why the kids need to play together. They are deferring to the fixed stars too much as it is and they don't really have chemistry with them anyway. It's not the kids' problem management can't fix holes elsewhere.

But the Rangers are incredibly corporate (hierarchial and boring) in their mindset. It doesn't help they have a dino coach who thinks vets are upper class and kids lower class and struggle with creativity outside doing things the way they've always been done.

Yeah last year went from Montreal to Florida for a first plus. and I don't believe the first is protected. I mean the Cats will make the playoffs but would anyone be surprised if they are a first round exit again?

Just look around the league and you see teams letting kids play and learn, and for whatever reason here it seems like every one of our kids is scared to play. Not sure if it's the organization, the coaching, or the general atmosphere of the city and everything. But this has been with multiple players, multiple coaches, multiple GMs, so what's the denominator here?
