Marcus foligno has 2pp points in 5.4 mins of ice.

Laffy and kakko have 0 in a combine 13+ mins of ice time

Random observation and yet so frustrating ha

Espn expecting Leah Hextall & Dom Moore to carry a broadcast by themselves is a big ask.
Literally turned the game off again. I wanted to watch it but I just can't.

The feedback on Leah Hextall in particular is overwhelmingly negative. Yes, some of it is sexist in nature, but she shouldn't be doing what they're having her do.
My comment wasn't sexist at all, nor did I single her out...she's just not good at her job, nor is Dom Moore. The two of them paired together made me mute the sound. Then I just shut it off entirely. I wasn't the only one.

But you're second part is confusing...she was hired to do play by play & that's what she's doing. Unless you're saying that she's unfit for her role in general. My dislike for her isn't personal & has nothing to do with her gender. They shouldn't have hired her because she's just not a good announcer. End of story. However, I could turn this around & say the ONLY reason she was hired was simply BECAUSE of her gender, but that wasn't the intention of my original post in case you decided to read into that way. Can't speak for anyone else's dislike of her.

I was actually thinking last night how cool it is that she genuinely loves the sport, because it's obvious she does. Broadcasting is not where she belongs, however. I'm not sure why anyone thought putting her on TV in any capacity was a good idea when her voice just isn't suited for it.

I’ve been a Devils fan since I was 11 until tonight. Simply put, they are a team content with being bottom five on an annual basis. If a team that I’ve put so much time, money, and emotion into isn’t going to put a modicum of effort in return, what choice do I have?

LET’S GO RANGERS!!!!!!!!
I understand that this is actually the result of a lot of pain. And that the decision was emotional. And you were misunderstood in your emotions. At least нщг didn't feel understood. And people started laughing about it. But in the end, we will really be glad if you come back. Now the most interesting process of the team's transition from an outsider to a contender team. I understand that negative emotions will end soon. And you should understand that. We all worry about the Devils for many years, we spend our time and money on it. It is already interesting to worry about the Devils now and it will be even more interesting every day. Please come back.

The Rangers are going to be one of four teams to enjoy the "temporary" locker room and training facilities at the ASU arena. Yikes.

Ive been keeping an eye on a few random players around the league.

Gabe Vilardi got bumped up to the 2nd line in LA, and is now playing with Danault. Vilardi had 2 more points last night vs the Lightning. He now leads the Kings in scoring, and is tied for 12th overall in league in scoring with Dahlin. 8 Games, 5 Goals, 9 Points.

Matt Beniers is centering the top line in Seattle with Eberle. He's not on PP1. He had another Goal last night vs the Sabres. 8 Games 3 Goals 3 Assists 6 Points

Jacob Middleton was moved up to the top pairing in Minnesota. He's not on any PP. He got another assist last night. 6 Games 1 Goal 3 Assists 4 Points. He's a PLus 3 on the season so far. Not bad for a $2.5 Million dollar cap hit.

Evgeny Dadonov not off to a very good start in MTL. A few years ago he had a 70 point season with the Panthers. He's playing in the top 6 but he's off the PP. 7 Games 0 Goals 0 Assists 0 Points

Tyler Motte is playing on the 3rd line for the Senators. He's off to a real good start. 6Games 2 Goals 4 Assists 6 Points. Plus 5 on the Season. With a $1,350,000 Cap hit, that's a lot of bang for the buck for the Sens.

Jesper Bratt is off to an amazing start for the Devils. He's playing on a line with Hughes, but has more then double the amont of points Jack does in as many games. 7 Games 3 Goals 9 Assists 12 Points

I wish the Rangers had a young center like Zegras. Love that Pennywise is being played on the background.

Should have drafted an American kid.
Doesn't matter who we draft...something needs to be fixed in our player development program starting from the first day these kids are brought into the team facilities. Whether they stick with the team or get returned to their junior clubs or back to Europe, something is missing from what we're doing to instill confidence in them or provide them with the skills coach or a leadership program that can help find their way as men & enable them to reach their potential.

We've had 4 top 10 picks in 4 years....1 of them has already busted out of the league, another could be on his way, & two top talents in their draft years look like 3rd line grinders. Kakko is really ready to break out or so we hope, but yet here we are still waiting. New GM yet the same results still plague the org. It really sucks being a fan of this team most of the time.
