F-ing get up and hunt! Cmon Todd!
Oilers played a crappy OT.. turned pucks over. Looked like LAK. So Kings have to get one more point than VGK to win the div, they have way more ROW.
Go Knights tonight!
I mean Go Oilers!
I mean... I don't really know.
PS if I'd bet (which I don't), I'd put a lot of money on a regulation tie
We beat them once last year…not sure how that got overlooked with all the recent ‘unable to beat Vancouver’ headlines started circulating lately.the toughest game might be the Vancouver games, because we've sucked against them for years. 10-0 vs us lately.

Winning in OT/SO doesn’t count? Are you sure? I thought we lost every game unless it was an ot/so game.

Thats inexcusable given they have Jeezus and Crai.. It looks to me that EDM, VGK and LAK are very even... Id prefer to avoid either in round one.. Winning div, or staying 2nd and hoping Seattle can eek out 3rd in our div are the 2 ways to do that... but seems likely we play EDM in round one againEdmonton is 4-9 in OT, and 0-4 in the SO, for a combined record of 4-13.
That distorts their overall record. They're actually a lot better than people think. There is no 3-on-3 or shootout in the playoffs.
Seems the Columbus package the Kings got wouldve been perfect for them as well... maybe they werent comfortable with the rental status of both players. For better or worse they've locked up Eckholm for 3 more years after this season at 6mil per.Edmonton has 37 regulation wins. Only Boston has more. And the Oilers have been able to do this with trash goaltending.
They were in the conference finals last year.
I don't understand why Ken Holland didn't go harder after a goalie at the TDL.

Meanwhile, a big chunk of their fans wants to do anything to avoid us in the first round, even lose to fall behind Seattle. I don't blame them, they barely got by us last year with a big part of our defense being from the AHL. Edmonton is playing well too, though, it should be a heck of a series if things stay where they are.I swear, the Oilers broadcast doesn’t know LA exist. All about chasing Vegas.
