tell us the story
Around 2015 he walked into Danny Ks next to the Honda center, at the time I was hanging out there a lot, knew all the bartenders and staff and i was there with a bunch of friends. I met a ton of players there actually but he walked in with guy Hebert and as soon as I made eye contact with I started laughing and asked him how many broadcaster rings Jimmy fox has now? If they're going to compare again in another broadcast, did he show them to you? He didn't smile or seem to want to play along, just seemed like a dick. I don't even think they ordered anything they left pretty quick. I suck at telling stories sorry and was a little sauced up at the time.

I haven't seen that before.

Not sure why anyone would question the legality of it. No issue at all.

Nothing illegal, but he is taking a bit of a risk by pushing the puck so far ahead of himself that slowly.

If you are going to go that slow, better to keep it on your stick so it keeps moving forward.

Doan's son signed by the Cryotes. Is he any good? Not nepotism though amirite?

He's pretty good, big body, obviously local kid with bloodlines. He ripped it up his last year in the USHL--70 points where our guy Laferriere had 50. Now doing well with ASU. He was a 2nd rounder (albeit second time in the draft) so it's not like he's just some random plod signed for the name alone. Obviously unlikely to have the career of Shane but should be a good bottom sixer at worst.

But I don't know if AZ is the organization you want to hold up as an example for your 'gotcha' posts.

wow, that 7th goal Quick gave up is even worse than i expected. He looked like he didn't want to be out there or something. Like he was thinking: why haven't they pulled me after goal 5 or 6...what's a guy gotta do to get a seat on the bench.

Fleury will probably get into the HHoF, and I think he deserves it for being an elite hockey personality over his career. This clip is a gem and so is he.
I was really hoping they would go. Wish Fluery would tune that moron Binnington and his stupid antics.

We're not going down this rabbit hole again. Don't want another thread closed down because of this discussion.
I won’t say another word about this incident, but I will say as long as humans are the ones playing hockey, these “rabbit holes” ARE a part of the game and always will be. The proof is in the pudding. If it wasn’t a part of hockey, it wouldn’t keep coming up IN hockey non stop.
