There is another Arizona defenseman outside of Chychrun and Ghost that may be of interest to teams and that is Joshua Brown. Shoots right, big physical presence (6'5" 217lbs) and a modest cap hit for next year at just over $1.2 million.

Might be a decent add to someones bottom pair.

I think Edmonton could trade for Provorov and not have it be a bad optics move. Community only cares about winning as seen by how the city welcomed Kane.

East teams are looking at the west and thinking they all have a shot. It's going to be a blood bath in the east. The overpayments are ridiculous. I rather sit this one out(Trade Deadline) and see if we can get a bargain in the offseason.

Hawks have about 17 in cap space. Moving Kane at 50% or 5M hit, will get them to 22 cap space & quite close to the cap.

Hawks, if you need to hit the salary floor, King's have a contract or two that might help.
