I think that the pessimism with skilled forwards is warranted, but they took very little time in getting Anderson into the league and Faber is just on a different level. He very likely, almost certainly, would never have seen AHL ice.

I get the sense here that a lot of folks commenting on Faber having a "solid career" have not watched this young man play. I mean, really watched him and not just seen a highlight or even watched a Minnesota game. This guy is next level good. Special good. His reads, initial positioning, stick work, mobility and judgement is of the highest level of defensemen. He is already, less than 40 games into his career, shutting down the oppositions best every night while chipping in offensively and starting to run the PP.

I can't wait for Clarke to get here, but he is most definitely in a tier below Faber. This is an incredibly rare player. You just don't trade players like him, especially for a scoring winger.
I appreciate your optimism but I don’t think Blake is smart enough to do the right thing, even with a player forcing his hand.

2 more pts for Gabe jets put on a clinic on Boston

I had/have no problem with the Faber/Fiala trade.

Always had, and will, have a huuuge problem with PLD/Vilardi trade. Made no sense.

always had and always will? thats a shitty way to live life .. haha throw some hope or happiness in their ..

yah a little weird .. i just find it silly how people have their mind made up and nothing can change it ...

Understood. I guess “never” is a poor choice Of words. “Likely never” - gives an out if a miracle happens.

Nash w an extremely bad beat - was up by 1 v Dal - gave up 2 goals in last 30 secs to lose in regulation

Nashville could be a very dangerous team, but they don't know how to hold a lead. I think they've blown 5 or 6 games this year where they've held a 2 goal lead. Saros seems to be really inconsistent. I was hoping he might become an option for the Kings to try to trade for, but now I'm not so sure.

Also, Vegas lost to the Panthers. So that's good for us.

Vilardi and Iafollo both playing on pp1 for jets pains me.

imagine the kings with those two and Kupari, plus their second back instead of PLD right now. scariest team in the league.

The guy we didn't want playing on the 1st line with Kopitar forever since the first day he showed up in his 1st camp? Did we ever want Iafallo on PP1? Wasn't he a waste of $4m because he was redundant?

he’s overpaid but .5ppg while playing sheltered minutes with the jets in the third line, with a recent promotion to pp1. hes been a solid addition and doesn’t take penalties at all.

Vilardi and the 2nd are more painful, Kupari who knows. most painful is PLD contract

Hi guys it's me; everyone's favorite poster.

I'm just here to tell ya'll that Sean Durzi has 5 goals and 15 points in 26 games while leading the entire time with a +10 and playing over 22 minutes a night.

That is all.
it's pretty much what we expected right? he's gonna succeed where he's allowed to play shinny and that whole team does

quite frankly i'm happy for them, that's a pretty entertaining roster of castoffs
