If its true its probably based on them both being married...It also is weird for your teammate to be banging your mom. Blackhawks have enough baggage from their past handling of weird shit

This is a softer side of Perry I didn't even know existed, I thought he was all about spearing nuts, cheap shots, etc.

traditionally sure because the age difference is way too much. But nowadays with 18 year olds playing in professionals along with guys pushing 40, it becomes an option considering your likely around each other a lot, after games out, etc. Who hasn't seen that kind of thing happen in their workplace? married or not.

But Perry should be able to do better being a rich, pro athlete. He also should be smarter; and it's a bit uncool. But again, who hasn't seen men do dumb things when it comes to extracurricular activities?

I think we're discussing a big hypothetical.. I think its more likely he did something like sexual harassment to a staffer. Having a relationship w another adult is not a crime and if he did mess around with the mom - its bad form but not a huge deal in isolation.. but when it becomes public knowledge (which Davidson denied team knowing anything which must be a lie) its a dressing room dividing issue which a team should address. Hard to know what to think without more info.

I bet a dollar no team touches him until the issue is known and he “seeks help” for whatever it is.

Perry's been a strong bottom 6er over the past few years, and was doing well in Chicago.

I know this is the wrong forum for a fair viewpoint, but this situation could tarnish his HoF chances - which were likely.

This conjecture over the past few days is closer to a Shoresy one-liner than reality.
